Job Description:

The Manager, Operations and Integrations will report to OneOncology’s Director, Integrations.

The Manager, Operations and Integrations will play a vital support role to grow OneOncology through new practice additions and operations projects. This role will primarily support the transition of an independent oncology practice into the OneOncology network as a new partner practice or tuck into an already existing OneOncology practice. The role will need to develop local relationships and use change management techniques to guide practices through an integrations playbook that consists of human capital, finance, legal, supply chain, technology, and clinical tasks. This role will partner and collaborate with the OneOncology operations team, other corporate SMEs, and local practice leaders as point of contact to bring a new practice into the OneOncology network. In addition, the role will lead Operations projects to optimize workflows and standardize processes across the organization. The role will partner and collaborate with OneOncology departments to guide the team through the project(s)/operations improvement initiatives.

This position can be remote near a major US airport or office based in Nashville.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute an integrations playbook to onboard community oncology practices to the OneOncology network.
  • Work with regional operations team to operationalize practice margin initiatives.
  • Serve as a relationship manager of practices joining OneOncology during the integrations process.
  • Proactively assess integration process for potential problem areas and develop solutions as needed.
  • Support cross-functional projects across operations while monitoring and reporting status to leadership.
  • Coordinate with multiple technical and operational teams to achieve the necessary program, project or activity plans, and schedules while maintaining within budget and resource guidelines.
  • Identify tasks, assign resources, and manage project plans and checklists to successfully complete tasks to meet agreed upon deadlines. Clearly delineate task predecessors, critical path, and required resources to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Work with peers across OneOncology to develop collaboration across multiple workstreams/departments.
  • Other duties that may be assigned by Director, Integrations.

Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Experience in healthcare preferred.
  • Ability to effectively handle shifting priorities and adapt to changing demands in a dynamic environment.
  • 3+ years’ experience with integrations role or managing projects.
  • Customer Service mindset
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodology
  • PMI (Project Management Institute) Certification is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal/written/listening)
  • Must be detail-oriented, own key tasks, handle moderately complex problems, require minimal direction and be able to work within a team setting.
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and work weekends as needed.
