Your Role And Responsibilities
Executar as atividades inerentes aos processos de leitura e medição para clientes Industriais e GNV na unidade IBM SAC de acordo com os procedimentos e regulamentos estabelecidos com o cliente para a quem o serviço é prestado. Deve ser garantido: elaboração e análises de relatórios, apoio com análise dos controles como KPI’s e suporte a outras unidades.
Capacidade analítica, controle das atividades em trabalho sob pressão e aprendizado de processos do início ao fim.
Preferred Education
Bachelor’s Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Intermediate knowledge of office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word).
Adaptability, critical thinking, organization and collaborative work.
