Total Tennis, Inc. is looking for a General Construction Laborer to join our team! In this role, you will assist in the construction, resurfacing, and maintenance of tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, as well as other athletic surfaces. This is a hands-on position that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions while ensuring projects meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Assist the Foreman with court construction and resurfacing
• Prepare courts with accurate measuring, marking, and taping
• Recondition and maintain sports surfaces
• Mix and apply cement, paint, and other materials
• Operate pressure washers and other construction equipment
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

• Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow in the trade
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel (25% travel required)
• Experience: 1+ year in construction (preferred)
• Background check: Required for employment
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
