Crew business analysis associates help determine business and technology needs, design solutions, improve processes, and represent stakeholders in project efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document their needs and translating these into detailed technical requirements
  • Communication Facilitation: Act as a bridge between the business side and the development team to ensure clear and effective communication
  • Solution Design: Assist in designing solutions that meet business needs while considering technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness
  • Project Management Support: Help to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in testing and validation processes to ensure the developed applications meet the specified requirements and are free of defects
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all processes, requirements, and changes
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly interact with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure their needs are being met throughout the project lifecycle
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and other stakeholders to ensure they can effectively use the developed applications

  • B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years working as a business analyst or similar type position

  • Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of relevant technologies, software development processes, and tools
  • Problem-Solving: Resourcefulness and creativity in finding solutions to business challenges
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in requirements and documentation
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and project requirements

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
