Primary Responsibilities
- Proactively communicate with our Project Managers to set-up projects in our Deltek Vision System, track budgets, generate and distribute invoices
- Provide account receivable follow-up, accounts payable, account reconciliation
- Compile reports on the financial status of each project.
- Ensure client satisfaction on all projects.
- Serve as the link between these important clients and our equally-valued internal project managers and accounting team members.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 0-2 years of project accounting experience
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks to meet internal/external deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- AP, AR and general ledger experience is a plus.
- Experience with Deltek Vision / Vantagepoint accounting system preferred
- Ability to build relationships with peers and clients with a customer service mindset
- Industry experience in civil engineering and architecture is a plus
