Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with company objectives.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
- Maintain HR records and generate reports as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
