The Role
- We are looking for an Account Development Representative to join our growing Audience Advertising Solutions team and help drive revenue by connecting advertisers with the right audiences. If you’re a motivated self-starter with a passion for digital marketing and sales, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- New Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients, including brands, media agencies, and ad tech platforms. Schedule calls, initiate outreach, and work closely with senior sales executives to develop new business and close deals.
- Account Development: Collaborate with senior sales executives to build and maintain relationships with clients. Consult with clients on their audience needs to tailor specific audience solutions, provide pricing and feasibility analysis, and ensure strong communication and support between sales and operations teams to deliver successful audience projects.
- Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales decks, proposals, and presentations for client meetings. Maintain accurate sales records in HubSpot CRM to track leads, new opportunities, and proposals won. Use HubSpot to generate insertion orders, quotes, and help track pipeline reports on new and existing business sales.
- Industry & Product Knowledge: Become an expert on RevOptimal’s platform and the broader advertising technology landscape. Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new advertising solutions to better communicate the value of our audience targeting solutions and services to potential clients.
- Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (Experience in Adtech or Advertising is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in digital advertising, data-driven marketing, and audience targeting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM management; experience with HubSpot is a plus.
