Your Key Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end onboarding of new client accounts, collecting all relevant information and manage the client onboarding experience.
- Provide administrative support for the middle and back-office team
- Maintain and update database of all information and documents
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years’ experience in KYC/AML is highly advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterparts
- Availability to work flexible shifts is required
