About The Role
As a Research Fellow at Fresh Clinics, you”ll analyse our injectables database, identify trends, design and conduct studies, and produce high-quality research papers. Your work will drive strategic decisions, keeping Fresh Clinics at the forefront of innovation and industry influence.
What you”ll do
Data Analysis & Insights
- Lead the exploration of Fresh Clinics” extensive injectables database to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Design and execute longitudinal studies to assess outcomes, product efficacy, and safety trends over time.
- Develop actionable insights to inform product strategy and supplier negotiations.
Research & Publications
- Produce peer-reviewed research papers for academic journals, conferences, and industry publications.
- Present findings to internal stakeholders, external partners, and at relevant industry events.
- Translate complex data into clear, impactful stories and recommendations.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Partner with data scientists, product teams, doctors, nurses, and external collaborators to ensure the integrity and relevance of research.
- Build relationships with leading academic and industry institutions to expand Fresh Clinics” research capabilities.
- Contribute to a culture of learning and innovation by mentoring junior researchers or team members.
Strategic Contribution
- Use research findings to support supplier negotiations and strategic partnerships.
- Contribute to Fresh Clinics’ broader thought leadership and industry influence.
We”d love you to have
- PhD in Data Science, Public Health, Epidemiology, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience conducting and publishing research in an academic or industry setting.
- Expertise in statistical modelling, data visualization, and advanced analytics.
- Strong familiarity with database management and tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python).
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and commitment to data integrity.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
