Position Overview:

Lakeside Project Solutions (LPS) is seeking a Director of Sales to focus on new and existing business-to-business account development for Facility Maintenance Repair Services, Signage & Construction. Responsibilities include achieving company sales targets leading a sales team through the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close and leading existing account managers to achieving existing client sales targets. Also responsible for the outbound marketing and team leadership to secure and develop clients that meet Lakeside Project Solutions ideal client criteria.

As Director of Sales & Marketing, you will:

  • Develop & achieve agreed upon sales targets and forecasting aligning with Lakeside strategies.
  • Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team.
  • Optimize the sales and marketing processes.
  • Coordinate sales efforts and collaborate with other departments to develop ideal clients.
  • Own the development of marketing materials and the execution of campaigns to enhance Lakeside’s brand presence in our market.
  • Create an environment that nurtures and develops relationships with our clients.
  • Analyze the territory/market potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Keep abreast of industry best practices and trends.

What you have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience.
  • Demonstrated mastery of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Relationship building skills – team members follow leaders they respect, and who are knowledgeable and fair.
  • Problem Solving – ability to match client needs with Lakeside Project Solutions strengths.
  • Time Management – you get the job done, bring on new business, grow existing business, and manage for success.
  • Self-Motivated – you don’t wait around; you make it happen! Desire to be one of the best.
  • Outgoing, dynamic personality

What we prefer you have:

  • New business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
  • CRM utilization oversight experience.
  • Facilities Maintenance and construction business development background.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (Salesforce).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting Base Salary Range $110k to 130k plus performance bonus opportunities
