Performance Tracking & Analysis:

  • Collect and assess data from diverse sources (internal databases, survey data, research data, etc) to derive meaningful insights
  • Review existing dashboards and build new dashboards to help monitor product performance through basic data analysis, competitor research, and market surveys/ insights
  • Perform daily assessments to evaluate product performance in relation to aligned goals and benchmarks
  • Apply statistical methods and data visualization to identify market trends and patterns
  • Query the data to identify existing issues and troubleshoot problems, and simulate performance outcomes.
  • Assist in identifying emerging opportunities and challenges for continuous product enhancements
  • Suggest improvements and features to enhance the overall user experience

Market Research & Requirement Collection

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to collect feedback on product usability and user satisfaction.
  • Carry out market research to gain insights into industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Provide insights into target market segments and potential customer groups.
  • Contribute to maintaining our products as industry leaders by providing input for improvements

Testing

  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to assess the effects of changes or new features
  • Leverage A/B test data to make informed decisions and optimize the product

Report

  • Create reports and presentations to share insights, findings, and recommendations.
  • Present data analysis and product performance assessments to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Effectively communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Market Research, Data Analytics and/or Business related major.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience, preferably in product journey analysis, with a focus on technology.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and convey ideas.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, focusing on shared goals.
  • Experience in project management and successful project delivery.
  • Strong business sense, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Data Analysis: advanced proficiency in using analytical tools and methods to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Market Research: Strong knowledge of market research techniques, including data collection, analysis, and competitor analysis.
  • A/B Testing: Hands-on experience in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests to evaluate the effects of product changes.
  • SQL and Database Knowledge: Skilled in SQL for extracting and analyzing data from databases
