  • Act as the primary liaison for clients when team members are unavailable.
  • Deliver updates on lead delivery status, respond to client inquiries, and keep clients informed about campaign performance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are on schedule.
  • Relay updates, changes, and potential challenges to ensure alignment and smooth transitions during absences.
  • Conduct quality checks on client-facing deliverables to ensure adherence to company and client standards.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and internal teams regarding campaign outcomes.
  • Generate timely reports and status updates while proactively addressing potential concerns.
  • Provide assistance with data entry, updating internal platforms, managing calendars, and other operational tasks as required during absences.
