Remote Special Education Professional | Virtual WFH

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Virtual Special Education Professional to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in empowering students with diverse learning needs through innovative online educational practices. Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored instructional support via virtual platforms to accommodate the individual needs of each student.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) while adhering to relevant federal and state regulations.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure necessary accommodations and modifications are effectively applied.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and relevant records.
• Facilitate virtual meetings with parents, staff, and other stakeholders to discuss student achievements and strategies for improvement.
• Guide parents/guardians on how to enhance student learning experiences at home.
• Participate in continuous professional development and contribute actively to team meetings.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school environment.

• Ability to work autonomously while remaining connected to a collaborative team.
