Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for members, addressing a high volume of inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist members regarding benefit-related questions, billing inquiries, account updates, and more.
- Accurately update and maintain member profiles to ensure reliable service delivery.
- Utilize advanced technology and multiple screens to track interactions and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center or 2 years in customer service.
- Proficient in using dual screens and various software applications.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
- Willingness to accommodate weekend shifts as required.
- Previous knowledge of healthcare is advantageous but not mandatory.

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Compensation And Benefits
- Training Compensation: $21.63/hr
- Post-Training Compensation: $22.66/hr
