We are looking for a motivated and energetic student with a “can-do” attitude and an interest in hands-on work. This role is a full-time summer holiday substitution between April and August, with the possibility of extension on a part-time basis thereafter.

Responsibilities Of a Warranty & Quality Trainee

As a Warranty & Quality Trainee, you will be responsible for executing customer claims during the warranty period. In close collaboration with other teams, such as the engineering and documentation team, your role includes ordering specific tasks for individual customer projects and problem-solving. You will handle general warranty tasks, including responding to customer inquiries about claims. Additionally, you will initiate and follow up on orders in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and assist with the claim management system.

Background And Skills

  • Completed 3 years of technical studies (BSc or MSc)
  • Strong attention to detail and an active communication style to follow up on open action points
  • Organized and systematic working style, with the ability to perform efficiently under tight schedules
  • Capacity to learn about Evac’s products and processes
  • Ability to work in an international environment and with customers
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and basic business intelligence tools is an advantage
