This multi-unit Operations Support Manager role leads through team management, training, development and support. The Support Manager delivers results by coaching and leading with a focus on Ampler Core Values, Vision and Mission.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure highest levels of training standards in all Restaurants.
  • Execute all certifications for managers in training.
  • Identifying training gaps and compose/execute plans with clear objectives, outcomes and follow up.
  • Support New Restaurant Openings for first 45 days in assigned area.
  • Support Director of Operations by identifying ways to improve their business.
  • Conduct Monthly Training classes to improve expectations.
  • Manage ServSafe certifications for assigned area.
  • Participate in “Train the Trainer” for new LTO rollouts.
  • Provide feedback to Shift Managers, Assistant Managers, and General Managers for on Development Plan Progress
  • Enforce and uphold all of Burger King brand standards, such as: brand operations, food safety, restaurant cleanliness, etc.
  • Ensure Restaurant Excellence Visits (REV) plans and performance improves.
  • Conduct Mock REV on all locations prior to official visits.
  • Help drive improvements in operations metrics such as: Speed of Service (SOS), All Complaints Ratio (ACR), Training, and Retention
  • Responsible for ensuring that results are achieved the right way with integrity.
  • Reports directly to the Director of Operations Support.

Qualifications

  • Required to live within assigned area.
  • Ability to travel 25-50% by car.
  • High School Diploma
  • Previous multi-unit Training experience required, minimum 2 years required.
  • Proficient in a variety of technology systems, mainly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and able to adapt to new systems quickly.
  • Two Years or more experience in quick service or fast casual preferred.
