Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
  • Follow up on existing customers proposing the trade-in.
  • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
  • Identifying potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, customer referrals and email communications.
  • Assisting less experienced Sales Representatives in the selling process and how to approach customers.
  • Providing overall guidance to newly-recruited Sales Representatives.
  • Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
  • Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers.
  • Continuously updating all prospects on Company product modifications, changes, and enhancements.
  • Aggressively following up on business opportunities by DEFINE.

Requirements:

  • Automotive or Real Estate Background.
  • Bachelor’s degree of any discipline.
  • 1 – 3 Years of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Self-motivated and driven by targets with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
