Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
- Follow up on existing customers proposing the trade-in.
- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
- Identifying potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, customer referrals and email communications.
- Assisting less experienced Sales Representatives in the selling process and how to approach customers.
- Providing overall guidance to newly-recruited Sales Representatives.
- Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
- Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers.
- Continuously updating all prospects on Company product modifications, changes, and enhancements.
- Aggressively following up on business opportunities by DEFINE.
Requirements:
- Automotive or Real Estate Background.
- Bachelor’s degree of any discipline.
- 1 – 3 Years of experience in customer service or sales.
- Self-motivated and driven by targets with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
