Job Responsibility
- Provide technical support, resolving issues, doing quality assurance check
- manages team  & ensure team objectives are being carried out
- displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards & practices, including product details & company services offered.
- Monitoring and review work schedule on service & repair work for maintenance team
- identify the root maintenance issues, develop ideas and propose solutions in the technical report.
- Prepare quotation, technical report, follow up, data analysis & summarizing collected data, provide regular reports to management.
- Offer good customer services, including maintaining customer relationship & ensuring repeat customers by upselling products and services & taking care of any customer concern or complaints quickly & professionally.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate,Diploma , Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Strong project management skills
- Good leadership and interpersonal skill
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment
- Excellent in Microsoft Exel and Power Point
