About The Role
While reporting to the Team Lead, the Regional Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day to day search functions of the network of independent abstractors within an assigned region. The Regional Coordinator will work on building strong, long-term relationships within the abstractor community in order to deliver Solidifi’s service offering while exceeding internal/client expectations and performance targets. Requisites include the exhibition of an analytic, communicative and personable attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Regional Coordinators manage a collection of states, defined as a region, and are accountable for all operations within the assigned region to include, but not limited to, complete abstractor management (recruiting/coaching/termination) and workflow management (assignments and follow up). The Regional Coordinator is responsible for understanding the expectations in the given region as well as strategically managing the abstractors to continuously drive improved performance.
- Drives abstractor performance through building relationships, communication and capacity planning
- Recruit and on-board abstractors both reactively and proactively according to defined monthly plan
- Holds abstractors accountable to grading metrics
- Monitor’s overall vendor performance and recommends poorly performing vendors to the Team Lead for action
- Conducts trainings with abstractors to ensure quality and performance that aligns with company standards
- Utilizes Resware Issue Tracker to maintain a log of vendor issues and corrected profile discrepancies
- Effectively communicates with abstractors to resolve complaints and escalations
- Full accountability for workflow management of assigned region to ensure on time delivery of all orders
- Primary point of contact for abstractor and client issues and complaints
- Utilize reporting tools to identify successes and weaknesses within the assigned region and create solutions to improve weaknesses
- Communicate with Account Management and HELOC QC Management teams on production related issues including, but not limited to, missed SLA’s and transactional errors, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Approves incoming vendor requests for escalated fee approval at the transactional level
- Approves incoming vendor requests for county and state level pricing increases
- Identifies county coverage needs for assigned region
- Submits requests to IT for team and vendor related issues including password resets, abstractor pricing changes, Resware Portal issues
- Other duties as assigned by the Team Lead or Department Manger
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Incredible attention to detail and sound decision-making skills.
- Competency in basic computer skills and applications.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- 6-12 months of experience in customer service or the title industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with searching experience documents in county records.
- Previous experience as an abstractor or in a related role is an asset.
