  • Oversee daily legal operations, collaborating with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and distribute resources to enhance legal processes for various teams, including internal staff and customers.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for standardizing policies that facilitate scalable legal operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational improvement opportunities aligned with the organization’s goals.
  • Help evaluate and integrate technology solutions that enhance the overall efficiency of the legal department.
  • Track and analyze operational metrics to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain a comprehensive library of standardized legal positions to support consistent decision-making.

Required Skills

  • Comprehensive understanding of legal concepts and processes; paralegal certification is an advantage.

Qualifications
