Remote Assistant General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing the hotel’s daily operations, ensuring that all guest service expectations are met and surpassed.
• Work in partnership with the General Manager and department heads to develop and evaluate the annual hotel budget, continuously monitoring performance to enhance profitability.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as compliance with corporate and brand policies.
• Review departmental performance and propose enhancements to boost hotel profitability.
• Support human resources initiatives, including recruitment, employee development, and retention strategies.
• Cultivate a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Engage proactively with guests, addressing any concerns to exceed their expectations.
• Oversee the operations of the Front Desk, Reservations, and Housekeeping teams.
• Maintain an understanding of fast-paced restaurant operations relevant to hotel management.

Qualifications

Compensation

The salary for this role ranges from \(55,000 to \)65,000 annually.
