Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in managing the hotel’s daily operations, ensuring that all guest service expectations are met and surpassed.
- Work in partnership with the General Manager and department heads to develop and evaluate the annual hotel budget, continuously monitoring performance to enhance profitability.
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as compliance with corporate and brand policies.
- Review departmental performance and propose enhancements to boost hotel profitability.
- Support human resources initiatives, including recruitment, employee development, and retention strategies.
- Cultivate a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Engage proactively with guests, addressing any concerns to exceed their expectations.
- Oversee the operations of the Front Desk, Reservations, and Housekeeping teams.
- Maintain an understanding of fast-paced restaurant operations relevant to hotel management.

- Proven experience in a managerial capacity within the hospitality sector is essential.

Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory; a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management is preferred.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in the hospitality field is required.

Compensation
The salary for this role ranges from \(55,000 to \)65,000 annually.
