Remote Mental Health Counselor | Telehealth WFH

Key Responsibilities

• Educate clients, families, and caregivers on mental health disorders and effective therapeutic approaches.
• Implement and assess treatment plans, ensuring continual progress and necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with other treatment providers and agencies to deliver comprehensive support.
• Provide regular updates on client progress to caregivers, educators, and medical professionals.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Required Skills

• Valid, state-issued professional counseling license.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, their causes, and treatment methodologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in using computers, Zoom, and healthcare electronic medical records (EMRs).
• Previous experience in mental health counseling or related fields.

Qualifications

• A valid, state-issued professional counseling license is mandatory.
• Strong background in mental health disorders, their origins, and available treatment options.
• Relevant experience in mental health counseling or related disciplines is preferable.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive compensation starting at $57 per hour.
• Flexible scheduling options available for both part-time and full-time roles, with both W2 and 1099 arrangements.
