As a Lead Instructor, you will be instrumental in guiding students toward achieving their aspirations in the IT sector by delivering engaging and effective instruction. Key Responsibilities
- Educate and support two student cohorts through assigned academic delivery methods.
- Develop a vibrant classroom environment that ignites enthusiasm and a passion for learning.
- Inspire students by exemplifying leadership, respect, and professionalism, serving as a role model of excellence.
- Assist in the selection and training of new Lead Instructors and Instructors to uphold high teaching standards.
- Mentor Instructors, refining their abilities to effectively guide and coach students both during and outside of class.
- Create an engaging, organized, and informative classroom experience to promote knowledge retention and successful certification.
- Offer additional support to students facing challenges, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance both in-person and virtually.
- Conduct regular check-ins with students, providing guidance and encouragement to help them stay focused on their academic goals.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver a captivating curriculum that equips students for certification examinations and real-world IT careers.
- Define clear learning objectives to ensure course content aligns with industry standards and certification prerequisites.
- Pursue continuous professional growth to integrate the latest industry trends and teaching methodologies into the classroom.
- Maintain discipline within the classroom and ensure a respectful, productive learning environment.
- Contribute to the enhancement of the curriculum by providing constructive feedback and collaborating with the academic team.
- Execute additional responsibilities as assigned to support the academic program.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline (or a combination of education and experience).
- A minimum of three years of practical experience in the IT industry within the last decade is preferred.
- At least two years of experience in classroom and online instruction is preferred.
