• Guide drivers through the application process for clients/carriers, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
• Organize and facilitate orientation logistics, including travel and accommodation arrangements, while addressing any unforeseen challenges.
• Execute administrative duties and assist with various team-related tasks as required.
