Payroll Officer for a widely trusted and reputable organisation in the Singleton Council region

Your New Company

This organisation generates a locally produced product for their clients, including huge, well-established brands. They are seeking a permanent Payroll Officer to join their team, working full-time onsite.

Your new role

Reporting to the Payroll + Accounts Manager, you will:

  • Process payroll for medium volume (500+) workforces including onboarding, offboarding and various pay clauses
  • Respond to staff enquiries regarding payroll such as shift loading and general questions
  • Running various payroll reports
  • Processing payroll tax, super and various back-end processes

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Demonstrated experience with payroll processing of small-medium volume organisations (500+)
  • Great understanding of payroll tax and legislation
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Able to work full-time onsite
