Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Construction Estimator at Carolina Sports Concepts in Charlotte, NC. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for conducting quantity take-offs, cost management, and budgeting. The role allows for some remote work.
Responsibilities
- Analyze project specifications and construction drawings to estimate job-specific material.
- Maintain accurate sales and estimating records
- Provide accurately quotes based on operations and installation crews
- Have great social and sales skills with potential clients and new customers
- Provide accurate change order pricing
Qualifications
- 3-5 years in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs skills
- Cost Management and Budgeting skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Experience in construction or related field
- Proficiency in construction estimating software
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, engineering or related field
