Job Description

We are looking for a talented, experienced, and highly motivated QA team leader to join a strong group, developing one of the world’s top leading online gaming brands.

Our system is a web-based product that maintains a high availability and secure system that handles all compliance and regulation restrictions to protect the players from multiple jurisdictions.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing a delivery team handling application development, validation and maintenance ensuring compliance with performance and availability metrics to support business objectives. You will also be responsible with enforcing, monitoring and improving the QA processes across the entire group, ensuring that the proper steps are taken when validating features and that we maintain the quality and security of our product.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and lead the delivery team
  • Ensure delivery of features within the system from initial analysis to post-production monitoring and validation
  • Coach and grow developers and QA members within the team toward their potential
  • Work with the QA members from the entire group to ensure the correct application of the QA processes
  • Support team members in technical challenges
  • Implement and maintain development and QA processes within the team
  • Manage the knowledge and redundancy inside the team
  • Work closely with different interfaces like product owners and project managers
  • Analyze requirements and provide solutions with development and QA estimations
  • Report the progress and status of the projects to the stakeholders
  • Manage production-level situations with quick resolutions and minimal impact
  • Define and constantly improve on the QA processes applied within the group, such as:
  • The structure and contents of test plans, test cases, and bugs
  • Proper application of E2E testing – Definition of validation documents such as STP and STR
  • Documentation of new and existing features
  • Correct and complete regression validation before deployments

Job Requierments

  • Strong grasp of software testing methodologies, processes, and tools
  • At least 2+ years of experience as a QA team leader
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in functional manual testing on web applications
  • Experience with SOAP and REST API testing
  • Experience with writing basic queries with MS SQL
  • Experience in writing automation tests using C# or Java and Selenium
  • Experience with debugging tools like Fiddler, Wireshark, Kibana/ Xpolog
  • Familiar with multi-server environment maintenance; ISTQB “Certified tester” certification
  • High motivation to learn and grow professionally
  • High self-learning abilities, independence, and well-organized working methods
  • Great communication skills
  • Out-of-the-box thinking and quick learning ability
  • Familiarity with working in an Agile environment
