If so, we want you on our team at T2 Flex Force! We are seeking full-time Patient Scheduling Representatives who are committed to excellence and professional growth. This role involves providing call center-based scheduling, registration, and patient access services to hospitals, healthcare networks, and physician practice groups. Our mission is to increase patient access and revenue, reduce abandonment rates, and enhance patient and customer satisfaction.

Please note: Alternate schedules are not available, and part-time employment is not offered for this position. Successful candidates must commit to a 4-6 week client training program and complete the training schedule as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Collect all required patient information, including scheduling, pre-registration, and insurance verification.
  • Answer, screen, and process requests and telephone inquiries while adhering to HIPAA and HITECH confidentiality policies and procedures.
  • Accurately obtain and enter necessary demographic, clinical, and billing information.
  • Explain processes, forms, and procedures to callers, ensuring patients understand required documentation and next steps.
  • Collect copays and payment information as necessary.
  • Process required information in compliance with client policies and procedures.
  • Deliver professional, compassionate, and concierge-like service to patients.
  • Handle 10+ patient scheduling calls per hour.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in patient scheduling within specialties such as dermatology, family medicine, oncology, or cardiology.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to meet strict Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and compassionate about patient care.
  • Radiology Scheduling experience

Additional Information

  • This is a full-time position requiring a 40-hour workweek.
  • Candidates will be eligible for benefits after 90 days of employment.
  • Applicants must have the necessary IT and reliable internet connection. Failure to maintain continued good internet connectivity may result in disciplinary measures, up to and including termination.
  • Work hours are between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST.
  • Commitment to be fully present with no distractions during training and willingness to be cross-trained in various tasks and across multiple departments is required.
  • Candidates must be in good health and capable of fulfilling all scheduled shifts.
  • This is a remote position. Candidate must have a suitable quiet workspace.
