Job Overview

The successful applicant must be committed to improving the patient experience and ensuring the high standards that we expect for our patients needs are met. You will be expected to have the flexibility to work within all areas of the service to meet our population and service needs, full training will be provided.

The successful applicant will support the delivery of the National Immunisation Framework for Wales

  • Experience of Working within the Community
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development

  • Previous experience of vaccine administration
  • Previous experience of supporting HCSW team

  • Ability to travel between sites in a timely manner
