Objectives

We are seeking for a Legal Executive to provide effective legal support by advising on contracts and regulatory compliance, managing legal documentation (including contracts and licenses), handling litigation and compliance matters, and proactively researching relevant legal updates within the marketing industry.

Job Description

  • Provide legal counsel to all relevant departments of the Company regarding contracts and business operations regulations.
  • Oversee the management and storage of signed contracts between the Company and its Clients, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
  • Review documents and apply the Company’s official seal.
  • Draft procedures and ensure compliance with the Company’s processes.
  • Work directly with Courts, Arbitration Centers, and competent government authorities to handle the necessary tasks for the Company. Review case files, prepare litigation documents, and carry out procedures for the Court or VIAC to accept cases as required.
  • Handle procedures for new registrations, amendments, and supplements to the Company’s licenses/certificates.
  • Collaborate with departments to implement internal control activities, identify, and propose solutions for violations (if any).
  • Research and update new legal regulations related to the marketing industry and business activities.
  • In charge of another task as assigned by the Line Manager

Job Requirements

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or related fields.
  • Having a good understanding of office workflow;
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically MS Excel, MS Word) and Google Docs/Sheets/Slides/Forms/Calendar;
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities and problem-solving skills;
  • Self-motivated, have a strong drive to learn and develop;
  • At least 01 year of experience working in legal, internal control, or corporate legal affairs.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in marketing, media, or advertising companies.
  • Knowledgeable about corporate law, contracts, labor law, commerce, and intellectual property.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to assess legal risks, and provide effective legal advice.
  • Good communication and drafting skills.
  • Honest, meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong negotiation skills, teamwork abilities, and the capacity to work independently to collaborate effectively with other departments within the Company.
