What will you be doing?
- Sustainability Strategy and Policy Development: Design and implement strategies and policies to address core sustainability areas, including biodiversity, waste management, recycling, water conservation, and education.
- Program Delivery: Oversee the successful execution of sustainability programs, ensuring they align with organisational goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Charity and Social Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the organisation’s charity and social responsibility strategy in partnership with HR and L&D
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the L&D and Marketing teams to create impactful engagement materials and campaigns that promote sustainability and social initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with sustainability objectives and broader corporate values.
- Education and Awareness: Develop educational programs and resources to build awareness and drive participation in sustainability initiatives among employees and stakeholders.
- Reporting and Measurement: Track the progress of sustainability programs, using data and metrics to evaluate their impact and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Proven ability to develop and deliver complex sustainability programs.

- Excellent communication skills, with experience in creating engaging materials and campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to track, measure, and report the success of initiatives.
- Experience in developing education and training programs related to sustainability and social responsibility.
- Experience in marketing, communications or L&D (desirable)
