Commercial-Driven

Operations-Driven

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred (international exposure is a plus).
  • Certifications: Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Leadership Development (advantageous).

Experience

  • Food Industry: 15+ years in the food sector, with deep market knowledge and regulatory familiarity.
  • Senior Management: 7+ years in leadership roles within multinational or large-scale enterprises, with cross-regional and cross-cultural management expertise.
  • B2B & Commercial Leadership: Proven success in sales, marketing, and market expansion.
  • End-to-End Business Management: Experience overseeing commercial, factory, and supply chain operations, focusing on cost efficiency, product quality, and safety.
