Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual individual and group counseling sessions to provide emotional support, guidance, and coping strategies for students.
- Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess students’ mental health, developmental progress, and specific challenges, utilizing your findings to inform educational strategies.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to develop a robust support network for each student, offering valuable insights and recommendations.
- Develop and review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in partnership with the support team, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments.
- Provide immediate intervention and support during mental health crises, guiding parents and staff through critical situations.
- Offer ongoing emotional and psychological support, including resources, referrals, and follow-up services as required.
Required Skills
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students.

- Experience in crisis intervention techniques.
Qualifications
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related discipline.
- Active state licensure as a School Psychologist or eligibility for licensure in your state.
- Previous experience as a school psychologist, with a preference for candidates experienced in remote environments.
