Our expectations
Required
- Experience: 7+ years of financial management experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a multinational environment. Experience in the IT services industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting or related field. DipIFR certificate must have.
- Knowledge of performance and financial management, local accounting standards and IFRS and/or US GAAP.
- Financial modeling and forecasting expertise.
- Strong leadership and cross-border team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent Russian and Upper-intermediate English.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in audit, due diligence and consulting in international companies.
- ACCA and similar certificates.
Your responsibilities
- Prepares consolidated financial statements for the Group, ensuring compliance with Group policies and using IFRS and/or US GAAP standards.
- Presents financial reports to stakeholders and senior management, including KPIs, cash flow analysis and profitability metrics.
- Develops and monitors annual budgets and forecasts and participates in operational planning.
- Analyzes financial performance, identifies trends, and provides actionable insights to senior management.
- Leads cost optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Works with regional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting that meets local requirements.
- Participates in the implementation of financial management tools (e.g. ERP systems) to streamline group operations.
- Mentor and foster collaboration within finance teams to ensure alignment with Group objectives.
