IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team and drive our Fintech & Payment Partnerships strategy. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with Fintech companies and payment providers to enhance our digital offerings and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Fintech & Payment Partnerships strategy in line with the overall business objectives
• Identify and evaluate potential Fintech and payment partners, and negotiate partnerships that align with the bank’s goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Fintech and payment solutions into the bank’s products and services
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for partnerships and product enhancements
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and continuously improve the product based on customer feedback and market trends
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Fintech and payment partners, and act as the main point of contact for all partnership-related activities
• Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, and use insights to drive product development and innovation
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and drive adoption of new products and features
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings and drive business growth
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes related to Fintech and payment partnerships, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the Fintech or banking industry
• Proven track record of successfully developing and managing partnerships with Fintech and payment companies
• Strong understanding of the Fintech landscape and emerging payment technologies
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to Fintech and payment partnerships is a plus
