IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team and drive our Payments & Fintech Partnerships strategy. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing our digital payment products and partnerships with fintech companies. This is a full-time position based in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Payments & Fintech Partnerships strategy for IDFC FIRST Bank
• Identify and evaluate potential fintech partners and negotiate partnerships to enhance our digital payment offerings
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, marketing, and operations to ensure successful product development and launch
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends in the digital payments space
• Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product strategy and roadmap
• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the payments or fintech industry
• Strong understanding of digital payments and fintech landscape
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience in negotiating partnerships and managing relationships with external partners is a plus
