Loan Operation Process Officer

• Monitoring and improvement with system loan operation process
• Internal training to loan operation staff regarding to new/update with system enhance
• Support all inquiry from each branches related to loan operation process in Core Banking System and process flow.
• Collaborate with related department to enhance loan operation process for loan onboarding, approval, disbursement and others.
• Daily Monitor with operation practices at branch
• Support all inquiry from each branches related to loan operation process in Core Banking System and process flow.
• Monitor loan activities such as loan documentation review with collaboration
• Monitor a loan quality control review process
• Enhance loan operation process in Core Banking
• Collaborate with related department to enhance loan operation process for loan onboarding, approval, disbursement and others issues.
• Implement and prepare material lesson training about new/update of loan operation process.
• Support on [UAT] in loan operation screen and testing
• Analyze and monitor by adding requirement related with operational system and troubleshoot.

Requirement

• University degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications
• At least 2 Years’ experience in Loan Operation, Loan Analyst at Banking Sector or MFI.
• Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Good command of English
• Computer literacy
