Do you often click on an ad on Google when you’re searching for something? Are you curious why you see those Instagram ads? Does social media make you excited, and do you know exactly how to trigger consumers and generate conversions for your clients? Then the Paid Marketing starter is perfect for you! Learn all the ins and outs of the profession under the guidance of top professionals.

Become a Campaign & Platform Specialist in one year

We firmly believe that the quickest way to learn is by jumping right in. You’ll be trained on the job to become a professional. During your starter’s year, you’ll follow training within paid marketing. You’ll also immediately start working with cool, well-known clients. Throughout various projects, you’ll apply your knowledge to ensure that online results soar. No worries, you won’t have to do everything on your own. The team consists of the best paid marketing specialists in the industry who are eager to teach you everything they know!

The projects you’ll work on will be very diverse. From optimizing an amazing social or SEA campaign to setting up a complete account from scratch. Together with a talent coach, you’ll set ambitious goals to get the most out of you. This will challenge you to develop your technical and creative skills, and you’ll have the opportunity to shape your own learning curve.

Get Ready to Accelerate

In the first quarter, you’ll follow training in all aspects of digital. Commerce, SEO, Content Marketing, Paid Marketing, Retail, CRM & MA—everything. By the end of the first quarter, you’ll have a strong digital foundation, and collaborating with colleagues from other teams will be a breeze.

To kickstart your digital career in Paid Marketing, we have structured the starter around three key pillars. During this period, you’ll gain experience in these capabilities, starting with operational tasks and growing towards more strategic and consultative work:

Hard Skills

Setting up campaigns, management & optimization in Google Ads, and social advertising channels like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok ads.

Technology

You will be fully immersed in the Google Marketing Platform including Google Analytics

Soft Skills

You will learn how to give a great presentation, become a pro at managing your time, and master consultancy skills to lead conversations with ease.

About You

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Dutch and English)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Entrepreneurial mindset

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
