New Biz and Development Officer

Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

  • Work with team to develop BRD and FSD for upgrades of Mobile Banking, smartBiz, Mobile Teller, Core banking (when necessary) by communicating with relevant stakeholders
  • Deliver (including presenting) BRD and FSD to IT dept. on the of all projects and upgrades after receiving management approval
  • Manage and coordinate E-Commerce Online Open-Banking Payment Acceptance service Integration with new partner and bank IT Development team
  • A primary business coordinator by monitoring and controlling the timeline and quality of all upgrades of Mobile App, smartBiz and integrating with major partners on the Online Payment Acceptance service
  • Prepare timeline and system release plan on Mobile Banking and smartBiz following its priority to support sale and business
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) of all digital banking services and work with IT Development team on scheduling system release by ensuring no or minimal disruptions to end users
  • Conduct production validation testing (PVT) of the release and plan for effective communication method to Sales and Customers
  • Oversee WIP (Work in progress) of Mobile Banking and smartBiz and hold a weekly discussion with IT Development team to address on key challenges in development and provide alternative business process
  • Review on consolidated report of internal and external users’ feedbacks; and propose for improvement to add values and improve business process and UI/UX of Mobile Banking and smartBiz
  • Work with team as a focal management point between customers, branches and IT Development team until a complete resolution when system bugs/defects are detected in production environment of Mobile Banking, smartBiz & Mobile teller

Requirement

  • Strong understanding related banking laws/regulations in areas of Payment and Technology and New NBC Initiative Projects is a plus
  • At least 1-2 year working experiences related areas such as UI/UX, Customer Journey, Project Management or Product Development
  • Good Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Strong in commitment, leadership and organizational skill and independence
  • Computer literacy Ms. Office, Word, Excel, Power-Point and Internet/Email etc
