Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general inquiries and technical support to all staffs, branches and frequently customers on Mobile Banking and smartBiz (Internet Banking dedicated for Large Corporate and Business Owner)
  • A focal management point between customers, branches and IT Development team until a complete resolution when system bugs/defects are detected in production environment of Mobile Banking, smartBiz & Banking As A Service Business such E-Commerce Payment Partnership
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) of all digital banking services and work with IT Development team on scheduling system release by ensuring no or minimal disruptions to end users
  • Conduct production validation testing (PVT) of the release
  • Continuously perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing to identify defects, usability issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Document all digital product process and policy changes to capture the ongoing improvements and iterations to the digital service.
  • Update internal and external FAQ, memo and tutorial (Videos and Books) for Sale to capture the usefulness of all digital service improvement
  • Weekly compile internal and external users’ feedbacks on Mobile Banking and smartBiz; and prepare report to management
  • Others tasks assigned by manager and management in charge.

Requirement

  • Attending Senior Year or Having Bachelor’s Degree or in Management/Banking/Finance/Design/Information Technology or any other relevant area
  • Good Communication and Team-Oriented Skills
  • Fundamental knowledge of digital banking workflows and user experience
  • Related banking laws/regulations in areas of Payment and Technology and New NBC Initiative Projects is a plus
  • Computer literacy Ms. Office, Word, Excel, Power-Point and Internet/Email etc
