We’re looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to review and negotiate commercial agreements, support data protection initiatives, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

How you’ll shape the future of B2B sales:

  • Assist in the review, negotiation, and execution of commercial agreements, including MSAs and DPAs, in partnership with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Support the preparation of high-quality, clear, and customized responses to security and privacy assessments, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across IT, compliance, security, and legal teams to maintain up-to-date knowledge, facilitate cross-departmental cooperation, and ensure timely responses.
  • Provide support for ongoing maintenance and updates of the company’s data protection knowledge repository to ensure consistency and accuracy of information.
  • Communicate effectively and diplomatically with internal and external stakeholders to clarify privacy and security inquiries, manage follow-up inquiries, and address concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Here’s what we need from you:

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to craft clear and accurate responses
  • Availability to respond to customer requests promptly and efficiently
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assessments simultaneously
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to engage with various teams to drive alignment
  • Basic understanding of information security and privacy principles, laws, and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001 suite) – Preferred
  • Experience handling data protection questionnaires, privacy-related assessments, and vendor risk management – Preferred
  • Familiarity with compliance automation tools like OneTrust, Vanta, Drata, or other compliance automation platforms – Preferred
