About The Role

As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, creating content, and managing communications to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and print platforms
• Create engaging content, including social media posts, blog articles, graphics, and email marketing materials
• Support the marketing team in tracking campaign performance and preparing reports
• Maintain and update content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent messaging across platforms
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
• Assist in coordinating events, sponsorships, and promotional activities
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing initiatives
• Provide general administrative support, including managing marketing materials, scheduling meetings, and organizing files

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or relevant internship experience)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media management
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
• Passion for creativity, branding, and audience engagement
