Key Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Provide high-quality, timely support to customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Issue Resolution: Listen to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products/services to assist customers in a clear, efficient manner.
- Order Management: Process orders, returns, exchanges, and track customer shipments where applicable.
- Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions, feedback, and solutions into the companys CRM or ticketing system.
- Follow-up: Ensure customer issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support, logistics) to address and resolve customer needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the customer experience and suggest improvements to processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
- Previous customer service experience (1-2 years preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude with a desire to help others
