The Growth team at Tryp is the engine behind our brand awareness and user base expansion across Mexico and LatAm. With a community- and marketing-driven mindset, we execute innovative projects that range from user education to new market launches, while defining the emerging cannabis landscape.

About The Role

As Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute multi-channel growth initiatives to 100x our user base and launch Tryp in new markets. You’ll collaborate closely with executives, operations, product, and marketing teams to identify and scale acquisition channels—both offline and online. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, analytical rigor, and a passion for community-driven brand building in an emerging category.

What You’ll Do

Market Launches & Brand Partnerships

  • Own the strategy and execution for launching Tryp in new regions, securing brand partnerships and local collaborations.
  • Negotiate key deals at a local and regional level to expand our footprint and user reach

Multi-Channel User Acquisition

  • Plan and execute social media and email marketing campaigns—content creation, targeting, A/B testing, reporting, and ongoing optimization.
  • Develop and iterate on new customer acquisition strategies (in-product, digital, PR, offline events, etc.) with measurable impact on growth KPIs (e.g., CAC, LTV).

Promotions & Incentives

  • Conceptualize and test promotional offers, loyalty incentives, and referral programs that drive incremental orders.
  • Collaborate with our Operations and Finance teams to ensure campaigns meet cost-efficiency targets.

Market Activations & Events

  • Be on the ground leading promotions, festivals, and community events to engage users.

Increase brand awareness and affinity through creative activations, local partnerships, and wellness education.

Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Use data to break down complex problems, uncover growth opportunities, and optimize existing channels.
  • Track and report on key growth metrics (e.g., 60-day second order rate, CAC, LTV/CAC ratio, churn rate), using insights to inform next steps.

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, brand marketing, or strategic partnerships—ideally with B2C products in fast-growing environments.
  • A proven track record in consumer marketing, with a strong understanding of how to leverage digital, offline, PR and in-product channels for maximum impact.
  • Experience launching new markets and/or business lines—comfortable moving from zero to one, then scaling fast.
  • A data-driven mindset: you use analytics to guide decisions, can break down complex problems, and enjoy continuous experimentation.
  • Curiosity about the emerging cannabis industry and excitement to make a meaningful impact in a rapidly developing market.
