Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing brand strategies and advertising plans to enhance market share and equity THROUGH effective ATL and BTL execution.
  • Implement marketing initiatives to support brand growth.
  • Evaluate branding and advertising performance, recommending and making necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners for ad production and campaign execution.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance for new product packaging and registration.
  • Create impactful brand messaging that reflects brand values and positioning.
  • Maintain brand guidelines for consistent representation across all channels.
  • Prepare campaign evaluation reports and support additional marketing tasks as needed.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to subordinates.

Skills Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in branding and advertising management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, business-savvy, and efficient.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and accountable, with the ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
