Job Responsibilities
- Assist in developing brand strategies and advertising plans to enhance market share and equity THROUGH effective ATL and BTL execution.
- Implement marketing initiatives to support brand growth.
- Evaluate branding and advertising performance, recommending and making necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners for ad production and campaign execution.
- Ensure regulatory compliance for new product packaging and registration.
- Create impactful brand messaging that reflects brand values and positioning.
- Maintain brand guidelines for consistent representation across all channels.
- Prepare campaign evaluation reports and support additional marketing tasks as needed.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to subordinates.
Skills Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in branding and advertising management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, business-savvy, and efficient.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and accountable, with the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
