Where will you work?
Avoca is located on 38F of the hotel featuring stunning views of HK island and Victoria Harbour. Serving breakfast, all-day small plate menu, and cutting-edge cocktails, this one-of-a-kind Bar and Restaurant focus predominantly on Nightlife and Bar Culture.
What will you do?
- Monitor the efficiency of serving and order taking, ensure decent presentations of dishes
- Visit guest tables to encourage guest engagement and satisfaction by acquiring their opinions and comments on the overall experience
- Ensure all guests are satisfied and served according to hotel standards
- Conducts monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies
- Take an active role in coaching and developing junior staff
- Supervising and coaching team, ensuring they achieve or are ahead of performance
Knowledge And Skills
- DEGREE or Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience of signature restaurant
- Excellent communication skills, guest service orientated
- Self-motivated, aggressive and has a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong leadership, team building, interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
- Good command of both spoken & written English and Cantonese is a must, Mandarin will be an advantage
