Accounting Officer (F & B Industry)
Job Description
A fast growing and dynamic F&B group in Hong Kong managing premium food & beverage outlets including Quinary, Origin, The Envoy, Room 309, Vea Restaurant, Wing Restaurant and Draft Land Hong Kong in Central & Causeway Bay.
We are a Food & Beverage Company Group, due to the business expansion, we are looking for a high-caliber professional Accounting Officer to join our team.
Job Duties
- Responsible for daily accounting duties and finance operations of the company group.
- Handle a full set of books and complete month-end closing processes.
- Performing reconciliations of accounts.
- Responsible for clerical / data input/document filing support.
- Processing payments, deposits, and invoices accurately and within expected periods.
- Preparing profit and loss accounts sheets.
- Assist in external audit and tax filing and prepare financial statements.
- Handle ad hoc duties wherever required.
Requirement
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant, hands-on accounting experience in F & B Industry.
- Holder of LCC Level 3 Certificate in Accounting.
- Able to handle full set ACCOUNTS accurately and efficiently.
- Hardworking, self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Able to communicate in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in MS office and accounting software of MYOB.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
