As part of our Digital Strategy team, you will bring your passion, knowledge and care to support the initiatives of the team
and wider business by managing client relationships, planning media activations across your assigned portfolio, and
collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver innovative advertising campaigns.

Duties
Include But Are Not Limited To
- Manage a portfolio of advertising clients, predominantly SMBs, and assist on key accounts as needed.
- Work with internal teams to deliver innovative advertising plans for your clients
- Designing, implementing, and managing advertising strategies and campaigns to align with and achieve sales
objectives.
- Providing strategic guidance to clients on advertising approaches to engage target markets, build consumer
awareness, and effectively highlight the features and benefits of products and services. Help prepare materials and
presentations for client reviews and advertising pitches.
- Work closely with senior strategists, performance managers, and advertising vendors to support various projects.
- Assist in tracking and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) for advertising campaigns with the Performance
Team.
- Analyse data and prepare reports and presentations summarising campaign performance and insights.
- Support the development of recommendations for optimising future advertising campaigns.
- Driving business growth of clients by developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies,
objectives, and programs.
- Conducting market research to uncover advertising opportunities for new and existing products and services.
- Providing expert advice on Bench’s product offerings, pricing strategies, advertising, sales promotion, and
distribution channels.
- Stay updated on advertising industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in media.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
Essential Skills
The following are desirable
- Degree (or equivalent qualification or experience) preferably in Marketing/Advertising, Information Technology or
similar fields.
- 1-3 years’ experience in media, advertising, or a performance agency, or in a corporate marketing environment.
- Experience in client-facing roles, such as account management or client services within the advertising sector, is
beneficial.
- Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Exhibits a willingness to learn and share knowledge with the broader team.
- Possesses excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
Salary Range between $70,000 and $80,000 plus Superannuation
