Tasks
Collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate all project aspects, overseeing the entire process from initiation to completion
Be the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and change requests throughout the project Lifecycle
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project details, contracts, permits, and other relevant documentation
Develop project timelines and schedules, identify potential bottlenecks or resource constraints
Assist in preparing project budgets, monitor expenses, and track costs
Regularly inspect equipment and event setups to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and client expectations.
Provide stab training, supervision, and performance appraisals to ensure efficient operations.
Monitor and report on project variations
Required Skills And Experience.
Completed a diploma or higher education in Project Management or related field
Have at least two years of experience for the role
Strong MS Office skills.
Ability to prioritise and multitask.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Well organised and able to prioritise
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
