What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies and action plans to drive market expansion, revenue growth, app installs and profitability.
  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across multiple channels including PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and customer data to evaluate the effectiveness of growth initiatives and identify areas for optimization.
  • Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and drive user growth.
  • Analyze user funnels and behaviors to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities and to drive continuous innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering sales, and customer support to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize conversion rates and user retention

You’ll Be Great For This Role If:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in growth marketing, business development, or related roles, with a track record of driving business growth and achieving results.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Meta etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and foster collaboration across teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes and exceeding performance targets. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
